RAC Nodes rebooting freequentyl and if run sql with order by clause then server reboots immediately

We have faced This problem  in  4 Hrs .   we have analyzed  all the logs  but no use. Finally we  did R&D and found that there was  a problem with  file system corruption and temporary tablespace block currption. We  created another temp tablespace and assign it to database and  dropped  old temporary tablespace . And also dismount all ocfs2 partition  and  done  repair  using ocfs2 console  and  then  mounted  ocfs2 partitions . problem was solved
